Job Summary

The Accounts Manager is responsible within a mid-sized property management company to help manage mortgage payments, capital expenditures, property taxes, revenue collection, Section 8 funds, delinquent accounts, owner distributions, trust accounts, budget forecasts, owner reports, accounts receivable and payable, management fees, renter security deposits, profit and loss reports, aging reports, and discrepant accounts.

• Salary: $2530 per hour depending on experience
• Full time (40 hours weekly)

Essential Job Functions - Position Requirements

• Manage mortgage payments
• Set apart funds for capital expenditures and property taxes
• Support revenue collection at the site level
• Record section 8 funds
• Track delinquent accounts
• Reconcile bank statements
• Manage owner distributions
• Monitor trust accounts
• Generate budget forecasts and owner reports,
• Manage accounts both receivable and payable
• Process management fees
• Finalize security deposit statements
• Generate profit and loss and aging reports
• Audit and resolve account discrepancies

Qualifications
- _
Bachelor's (BS) or master's (MS) degree in Accounting_

• Experience in the accounting field.
• Experience in property management is a plus.
• Permission to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
• Clean motor vehicle record with no significant violations.

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
