We're Hiring a Retail Sales Associate at iPull-uPull Auto Parts!

Are you passionate about interacting with customers and working with auto parts? This is the perfect opportunity for you to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at iPull-uPull Auto Parts.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will directly engage with customers, provide them with assistance for their auto parts needs, and ensure they have a great shopping experience at our store.

Specific Job Duties:

Greet customers warmly as they enter the store
Assist customers with their inquiries and provide support in finding the right auto parts
Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately
Collaborate with the team on various tasks such as housekeeping and janitorial duties
Recognize when to escalate customer issues to management
Adhere to safety, quality, and cash handling protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Positive and friendly attitude towards customers
Ability to lift heavy items like tires and batteries
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Willingness to learn about automotive parts
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
Comfortable with getting hands-on and sometimes dirty
Basic proficiency in English, Spanish knowledge is a plus
Prior retail experience is beneficial

Pay:

Starting at $16.50 per hour with opportunities for overtime and growth within the company.

Outdoor work may be required
