    Job Description

    We are well established and growing firm looking for Civil Engineer in Transportation.

    Compensation $70,000 - $130,000 depending on experience.


    Our firm has been in business 30+ years and provides full-service professional design offerings in architecture, engineering, field services and land survey.

    We take great pride in our company culture and have many impressive offices throughout Nebraska and Iowa (we always make sure you have the best desks, office chairs, etc.),

    We offer very competitive pay and top of the line benefits including:


    • health insurance

    • annual bonuses (we have never gone a year without paying)
    • referral bonus ($1000)
    • $1,500/year to attend trainings and conferences that you want to go to
    • 4 weeks PTO and 2 weeks sick (can roll over), paid maternity + paternity leave
    • paid time off to volunteer in the community
    • half days on Fridays (deadline allowing)
    Applicants are required to have the following:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or other related discipline2+ years of Transportation engineering experienceEngineering in Training (EIT)Professional Engineer License (PE) (preferred but not required)

    Job Description:
    Develop Roadway Design plans and contract documentsProvide on-site inspection services for transportation improvement projectsPerform Roadway Design tasks including:Culvert and storm sewer designsHorizontal and vertical alignmentsTypical section developmentGeometrics and grades
