CCLI is looking for a
_Quality Assurance Coordinator_ with a generous heart and a desire to contribute to the well-being of others to carry out our mission on Long Island.

Responsibilities:
_**- Advise Clinic Coordinators in preparation of NYS certification by conducting monthly reviews of program log books (High-Risk, Hospital, Incident Review Committee, Supervision, etc.)

  • Ensure compliance and implementation of all NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) regulations and Standards of Care within Mental Health Clinics.
  • Conduct Clinic Utilization Reviews.
  • Provide staff coverage in the absence of the Director or a Clinic Coordinator within program directorate, including responding to calls from the after hours answering service.
  • Assist in coordination of OMH Quality Improvement projects as well as development and implementation of Performance Improvement Plans to satisfy citations following OMH recertification audits.
  • Deliver ongoing staff training to fulfill OMH training requirements.

_ Qualifications:
_


  • Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health Field; LCSW preferred.
  • Five years of experience working with mental health treatment services.
  • Ability to establish productive relationships with a broad array of constituencies including clients, agencies, state/local governments and insurance companies.
  • Ability to travel to various sites and meetings.
