Description

We are Growing Expanding private podiatric practice is seeking full time call center representatives that are COVID-19 vaccinated to work in our Crystal Lake location.

Agents typically answer 200+ calls per day. Must have call center and medical scheduling experience. Training on our EHR system provided. Hourly wage is based on experience. Please submit cover letter, resume & references PHONE CALLS NOT ACCEPTED

Job Duties

  • Answers all incoming phone calls and schedule appointments according to protocol
  • Distributes messages to appropriate staff
  • Takes complete and accurate messages and phone numbers
  • Perform other duties as assigned by practice and assistant managers


Benefits include PTO and 6 paid holidays (after 60 day probation), health and dental group plans and room for growth.

$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:


  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
  • Call center: 1 year (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Crystal Lake, IL: Relocate before starting work (required)
