For our client, a medium-sized IT service provider in the heart of Düsseldorf, we are looking for:

HelpDesk Employee (m/f/d) with the goal of permanent employment

Your future responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of contact for IT issues of our corporate clients and handle them via ticket system.
  • You will operate with Windows remotely on the customer's hardware and solve minor problems on your own.
  • For larger problems, you will create a ticket for the specialized departments.

What sets you apart:

  • You enjoy communicating you are able to listen and understand the essentials, as well as ask targeted questions to receive a diagnosis.
  • We also give newcomers a chance
  • More importantly, we are looking for someone with an IT affinity or experience in the IT field who enjoys using it to help others.
  • English skills beyond basic school level are highly desirable.
  • A pleasant telephone voice and a touch of appropriate humor combined with empathy for others complete your profile.

Your professional future:

  • Through our intensive training, even career changers with a tech affinity from the call center sector will have a perfect entry into the IT field.
  • The approximately 3week training phase will take place in our offices in Düsseldorf, after which you can also work partially from home. The modern equipment will of course be provided by us.
  • In case of legal changes regarding the home office regulation, 3 days of presence in the office are planned
