Job Summary:

KAAM Group is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative for a small business that is expanding rapidly. This position offers great opportunity for growth and requires working closely with upper management. This role is multifaceted and includes customer service, accounting/bookkeeping, office management, operations, HR, compliance logistics, purchasing and sales responsibilities.

We strive for excellence in customer service and our top priority is streamlining processes to provide timely deliveries and accurate billing.

We are an essential business and service the energy and water sectors with seasonal peaks in the spring and summer months.

Must work in Carlsbad office 50%.


Responsibilities:


Sales and technical support Reviews and submits bids and prepares contracts to support sales team. Sources new products from existing and new vendors. Prepares monthly sales reports for team. Schedules and organizes site visits and team meetings. Manages and ensures compliance with necessary regulations and completes document submission as required.


Requirements:

• Applicant must be local to North County San Diego, CA
• Applicant must be able to start immediately upon hiring
• An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar field
• 35 years of work experience in customer service role
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and GAAP
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint and SharePoint
• Familiarity with logistics and freight terms
• Knowledge of water treatment and/or chemical industry preferred
• Technically savvy with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
• Building Customers/Vendors relationships
• Experience with orders, scheduling, and cancellations
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Extremely organized and process driven with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Computer savvy
• Selfmotivated and independent worker who thrives on responsibility and being a "goto" person
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a heavy workload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Works well with other team members

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
