YOUR WORKPLACE:

The Wilhelm Löhe Senior Center is located right next to Park Hill in Bamberg. Situated between the Regnitz River and the Main-Danube Canal, the spacious park is perfect for walks during breaks. We are close to nature and the city: The city center can be easily reached by bike or bus.

YOUR TASKS:

We are currently looking for a Facility Technician (m/f/d) to join our technical team at the Wilhelm-Löhe Senior Center in a full-time position (40 hours per week). The position is permanent. Your working hours are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The team shares an on-call duty on weekends, so you may be required to take on this duty as well.

Requirements include a completed apprenticeship in plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning - or a comparable qualification. As the maintenance team is responsible for multiple facilities, you will need a Class B driver's license.

Your tasks will include maintenance and installation work on buildings, equipment, and systems. You will also be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects
