As the Regional Bakery Manager, you will shape the leadership culture at Zeit für Brot and be responsible for ensuring smooth implementation of all processes in your region.
But above all, your main task will be to convey the values and goals of Zeit für Brot to your teams, support them, and inspire them.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the organizational management of the bakeries in the South region
- Ensuring smooth production processes and consistently high quality
- Planning efficient staffing needs and deployment
- Responsible for personnel development
