Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage: Assist in managing store staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training employees.
- Market: Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase store traffic.
- Recruiting: Participate in the recruitment process by conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Payroll: Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment to staff.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to store employees, fostering a positive work environment.
- Employee Orientation: Conduct employee orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures.
- Buy: Assist in inventory management, including purchasing and restocking merchandise.
- Sales Management: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Store Management: Support the Store Manager in overall store management duties.
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices.
Pay:
$55, $75,900.00 per year
