Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage: Assist in managing store staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training employees.
  • Market: Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase store traffic.
  • Recruiting: Participate in the recruitment process by conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Payroll: Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment to staff.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to store employees, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Employee Orientation: Conduct employee orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures.
  • Buy: Assist in inventory management, including purchasing and restocking merchandise.
  • Sales Management: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Store Management: Support the Store Manager in overall store management duties.

Experience:


  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale (POS) systems.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices.

Pay:
$55, $75,900.00 per year
