Description
We are a family-owned company specializing in shopping center maintenance services throughout San Diego County.

We have an immediate opening for a Part-time to Full-time Day Porter/Exterior Janitor position at our Mission Valley property from 7:00am-11:00am on Monday through Saturday.

The position is for 24 hours per week, working 4 hours per day.


Duties include:
Trash collection from hardscape and landscaped areas
Removal of spills and stains from surfaces
Dusting of window mullions
Cleaning of trash receptacles and trash enclosures
Monitoring and reporting of property issues
Sticker/sign/poster/gum/graffiti removal

Compensation $17.50 per hour to start. Benefits include sick, vacation and paid holidays
