    Description

    Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist Position

    We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity as a Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at our company. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of students through speech and language therapy services in a virtual learning environment.

    • Direct & Indirect services
    Compensation:
    • $45-$55/hour


    Description:

    We are looking for a dedicated Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist who will assess and provide therapy for speech and language disorders in students. Collaborate with educators and parents to enhance students' communication skills and academic achievements.


      Responsibilities:
    • Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language disorders or delays.
    • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
    • Provide virtual speech and language therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
    • Collaborate to integrate speech and language goals into students' education plans.
    • Monitor and document students' progress towards goals.
    • Offer guidance to facilitate communication development in a virtual environment.
    • Participate in virtual meetings for Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and other team meetings.
    • Stay updated on best practices in speech-language pathology.

    Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Current state license in CA.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
    • Experience in school-based SLP or related setting.
    • Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and technology.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Commitment to providing equitable services to students.
