BILINGUAL/Customer Service Representative
Location:
Granger, IN.
Pay Rate:
$15 per hour
Employment Type:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our insurance agents with data entry tasks and providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting insurance agents with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about insurance policies
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- BILINGUAL
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in customer service.
