Job Title:
BILINGUAL/Customer Service Representative


Location:
Granger, IN.


Pay Rate:
$15 per hour


Employment Type:
Full-time, 40 hours per week


Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our insurance agents with data entry tasks and providing excellent customer service.

Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited too:


  • Assisting insurance agents with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about insurance policies
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service
  • Maintaining a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • BILINGUAL
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or data entry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in customer service.
