    About The Opportunity
    Responsible for providing day-to-day support of multiple areas including recruiting, collecting and analyzing HR data, employee relations, manager coaching, and performance.

    You will be able to make a difference to our growing company by helping employees and managers gain their full potential while supporting all areas of Human Resources activities.

    Duties include:
    • Perform human resource generalist activities as needed in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, benefits training and employee relations.
    • Utilize HRIS to administer staffing events, wages, status change, leave entitlement, attendance, and other related personnel transactions.
    • Promote open door communication with all employees; be visible to ensure employees feel at ease to approach for questions and be available to counsel as required.
    • Maintain ISO documents within Human Resources.
    • Assist with company-wide compliance activities.
    • Participate in strategic initiatives and projects in support of overall strategic plan and resources to senior management team.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, related field, or professional experience equivalent
    • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible, team-oriented environment, with the ability to navigate competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) product suite
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems; Workday preferred
    • Ability to build and manage strong, collaborative working relationships and carry high credibility with cross-functional teams
    • Change agent who is dedicated to continuous improvement efforts by proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions
