Description

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Pick up and scan incoming mail, distributing it to the appropriate departments
  • Make regular trips to the bank to make deposits
  • Assist with auditing processes as required
  • Coordinating with the Top Executives for Data Entry and Reconciliation
  • Provide support with logistics coordination for events or meetings
  • Handle some accounting tasks such as data entry and expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, and filing documents.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Qualifications:


  • More than 3 years of work experience as an Finance and Administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Drive, Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, timemanagement and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
