About the Role:
As the Structural Engineer at Core Structures Engineering, you will be a foundational addition to a firm that values communication as much as technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and analysis of structures utilizing engineering software and tools, ensuring each project's success from the ground up.
Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients, fostering strong relationships through clear and effective communication.
Perform comprehensive site visits and inspections, providing clear and concise reports that uphold our standards of structural integrity and compliance.
Oversee and approve construction plans, ensuring all work aligns with our rigorous quality standards and client expectations.
As the company expands, take the lead in mentoring future engineers and drafters, becoming a key player in the firm's growth and development.
Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
High proficiency in Revit, CAD, and other engineering software, essential for impeccable design and documentation.
A solid foundation in structural analysis, design principles, and building codes, ensuring our projects are both innovative and compliant.
Experience in managing projects from concept to completion, with a proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Skillful in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to tackle sophisticated engineering challenges.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for working collaboratively and interfacing with clients and project teams.
