Responsibilities
- Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting market analysis to determine the listing price
- Coordinate your support team to stage and market homes for sellers to attract potential buyers quickly
- Understand the current market and help sellers with strategies
- Master the listing conversations with sellers to help them through pricing, home preparation, showings, inspections, negotiations.
- Provide weekly feedback to home sellers to keep them informed and help them make decisions
- Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Respond to all inquiries to convert leads into listing appointments
- Prospecting for new listings
- Schedule and conduct listing consultations with potential sellers
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License is required before working with clients (FREE Real Estate School Available

- Team player who can work effectively with support and follow proven processes
- Ability quickly learn and effectively use technologies
- Authorized to work in the US
