Responsibilities

  • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting market analysis to determine the listing price
  • Coordinate your support team to stage and market homes for sellers to attract potential buyers quickly
  • Understand the current market and help sellers with strategies
  • Master the listing conversations with sellers to help them through pricing, home preparation, showings, inspections, negotiations.
  • Provide weekly feedback to home sellers to keep them informed and help them make decisions
  • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Respond to all inquiries to convert leads into listing appointments
  • Prospecting for new listings
  • Schedule and conduct listing consultations with potential sellers

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is required before working with clients (FREE Real Estate School Available

  • At track record in sales and/or customer service is desirable.
  • Team player who can work effectively with support and follow proven processes
  • Ability quickly learn and effectively use technologies
  • Authorized to work in the US
