As a Senior Agile Coach/Scrum Master (m/f/d), you will help our clients navigate and leverage the challenges of agile transformation.

You will adapt and optimize agile methods based on specific customer requirements, while keeping the agile values in mind.


What to expect:


  • Support for renowned clients in implementing agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Guidance and empowerment of companies and teams in agile change processes
  • Conducting coaching and training at project level and for internal employees
  • Facilitating workshops in the areas of requirements engineering, agility, digital transformation, and innovation management
  • Assistance in further developing Exxeta's methodological competence

What we expect from you:


  • Completed (technical) university degree and relevant professional experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
  • Enjoyment of giving presentations and facilitating workshops
  • Independent and structured way of working, as well as excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, communication skills, and teamwork
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility for nationwide project assignments, as well as very good German and English skills
