association was founded in September 2007 in Holton, KS to provide fast, concrete, and case-specific assistance to parents and individuals affected by autism, as well as to inform them about suitable support options.

Our understanding includes communication on equal terms with people on the autism spectrum and their families. We are currently seeking employees to expand our support team for the daily assistance of a young autistic man.


Responsibilities:

  • Oneonone care in the client's home
  • Accompaniment, stimulation, and support in daily life
  • Assistance with personal care and practical tasks

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to understand the perspective of others without hesitation or reservation
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work in shifts the option to not work night shifts is available upon request
