About this role

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service-capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.

As part of our IT team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.

The IT Support Technician is part of the IT team and will work according to company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The primary task of the IT Support Technician is to deliver IT support to end users and administration of IT systems.

This position will work onsite at our Raleigh office.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line IT support by telephone and e-mail
Provide on-site support during office hours
Support and troubleshooting for applications and systems following systems
Assist with system administration for IT infrastructure and back-end system

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in IT support
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must possess excellent customer service skills
