Texas Moving is a multi-location moving and logistics company specializing in commercial installation and residential relocation of household items. The company has been a leading service provider in the Permian Basin and beyond since 1973.

Texas Moving is currently hiring Crew Leaders to lead 3 to 6 person crews. Jobs will including packing, loading, and unloading commercial and household goods in the Midland/Odessa area.
Crew Leaders will be operating Class C straight trucks in commercial and residential environments.
Two years of moving experience is required. All applicants are expected to represent the "Best Move" brand to the best of their ability every day.


Professional skills required include:
exceptional customer service, experience loading and unloading household items, excellent communication, punctuality, and the willingness to learn.

Starting pay is $20 - $25/hr. for qualified applicants depending on experience. Applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs., at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three years driving experience.
