A leading AM Law 200 firm seeks a Patent Prosecution Associate with 5+ years of experience in biotechnology to join their New York office.

This role provides the opportunity to manage all aspects of the patent prosecution process for clients in the biotechnology field.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in patent prosecution with a focus on biotechnology
Advanced degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, immunology, pharmacology, or a related field
Patent Bar admission
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills
Strong research, analysis, and communication skills
Ability to manage patent matters independently and collaborate effectively
Willingness to take a frontfacing role with clients and external parties

The expected salary for this position is $345,000 to $415,000, depending on experience. The firm offers a comprehensive compensation package, including benefits in a collegial working environment that offers training and mentorship.
