Bookkeeper & Commission Processor
This is a full-time position for Naples, FL

Position for hire:

The Bookkeeper & Commission Processor is responsible for recording daily commission transactions for sales agents, while maintaining a variety of general ledger accounts and assisting the accounting team with A/R and A/P.

This is an on-site administrative position focused on a high volume of transactions and daily data entries.

• Process daily commissions for sales agents
• Scanning and filing
• Multiple account and daily batch reconciliation
• Maintain appropriate GL accounts with accuracy
• Prepare ACH payouts for sales agents
• Maintain liabilities and vendor payables
• A/R and credit card processing
• Update customer and vendor accounts
• Assist with 1099 preparation
• Self-Organized and detail oriented
• Work with the file compliance team to ensure efficiency
• Assist Senior Accountant as needed

Skills and Software Requirements

• Real Estate bookkeeping experience preferred, but not required
• Strong administrative skills
• Clear and professional communication methods
• Strong computer skills proficient with Office365 and MS Suite Outlook, Excel, Word and QuickBooks Online, Merchant Solutions systems
• Proficient with ACH bank processing
• Embrace department deadlines, policies, and procedures
• Ability to manage high volume of transactions and selfmanage
• Ability to problem solve effectively

$40,000- $50,000
