This position reports to the Sales & Service Manager


GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED:


General Responsibilities:


  • Assist our E-Commerce team as needed with reviewing and releasing website orders, online marketplace/multivendor marketplace, orders and following up with customers' requests for information and help with Customer Service issues.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is provided in every customerbased interaction.
  • Field orders from wholesale accounts and retail customers by providing the customer with the current prices and availability regarding the parts the customer wishes to order.
  • Ensure third party platform customer satisfaction by tracking orders, answering any questions the customer may have once they receive the product, providing the customer with any product installation information, handling product returns (establishing credit or exchange in a timely manner), and allowing the customer to vent any frustrations they may have.
  • Establish wholesale accounts by determining if first time callers are automotive related businesses.
  • Miscellaneous duties such as working in our showroom with walkin customers.
  • Be willing and able to attend automotive car shows and events if requested. This could require out of town travel.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales, E-Commerce Supervisor and/or Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • High school diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Experience working in automobile restoration or automotive parts industry preferable.
  • An understanding of multivendor/online marketplace selling platforms, order processing, tracking number updating, and customer responses, multivendor/online marketplace experience highly desirable.
  • Possess excellent communication skills (Written, Verbal and Listening), especially communicating via telephone.
  • Ability to function in a multitasked and fast paced environment and prioritize time sensitive issues
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with AS400 is desirable.
  • Possess assertiveness and remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Attention to detail.

Pay:
From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
