For our renowned client in Hamburg, we are looking for a
Clerk (m/f/d) in Debt Management
for our Orange City, FL location.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be the main point of contact for clients, debtors, lawyers, etc.
  • You will independently prepare and make decisions based on scoring systems regarding legal proceedings and enforcement measures
  • You will be responsible for the identification and maintenance of address data
  • General administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • You have completed training as a legal assistant or office manager (m/f/d) with additional qualification in "debt collection or debt management" or a comparable education
  • First professional experience in a similar position
  • You have strong negotiation skills and a sense for fair and professional customer communication
