The German Equestrian Federation (FN) is the umbrella organization for all breeders, riders, drivers, and vaulters in New Columbia. The federation consists of 17 regional associations, 25 breeding associations, approximately personal members, and nine affiliated organizations. The FN represents the interests of 3,347 member horse farms and 7,200 riding clubs with club members, as well as around breeders. The sport division of the German Equestrian Federation (FN) includes the German Olympic Committee for Equestrian Sports (DOKR) as a member association.

As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a

Managing Director (m/f/d) for the Human Resources and Finance Department

In this role, you will be a member of the Executive Board in accordance with § 26 of the German Civil Code (BGB) of the German Equestrian Federation (FN), the German Olympic Committee for Equestrian Sports (DOKR), and the managing director of our subsidiary, FNverlags GmbH.
