Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Developer

We are actively seeking highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with interest in Modeling and Simulation (M&S) to join our innovative development team.
As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be at the forefront of architecting, developing, and optimizing cutting-edge M&S solutions that integrate and harness the power of AI and ML technologies.
In this role, you will contribute significantly to the advancement of our products, pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
As a Modeling and Simulation Developer, you will play a critical role in crafting the underlying software infrastructure for simulating various environments for products to be delivered to the warfighter.
Your contribution could extend beyond the realm of M&S, encompassing the full spectrum of software development.From designing scalable architecture to writing efficient and maintainable code, you will be a key player in delivering high-quality M&S solutions.
Responsibilities:
- M&S Development:
- Design, develop, and implement robust M&S environments to solve complex business problems.
- Software Development:
- Contribute to the full software development life cycle, from requirements analysis to design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Develop highquality, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of M&S environments, ensuring scalability, modularity, and extensibility.
- Performance Optimization:
- Conduct thorough performance analysis and implement optimizations to meet specified performance goals.
- Collaboration and Documentation:
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver highquality solutions.
- Document code, algorithms, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:
- United States Citizenship
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with software development tools, version control systems, and agile methodologies.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Unity development.
- Proven experience with ROS
- Experience with Mathematical/Kinematic Modeling.
- Experience with popular ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikitlearn).
Education:
A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline is required
