Executive Assistant to the President


Location:
Beverly Hills, CA


Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the President of our Financial Services Company.

As an integral member of our team, you will provide administrative support, manage the President's schedule, and oversee various aspects of office management.


Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: $65,000 $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:


  • Support the President with daily tasks and projects
  • Manage the President's schedule, calendar, travel, and appointments
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Document and data management, including organization and maintenance
  • Basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
  • Property management and office management (supplies, etc.)
  • Manage the CRM and company social media accounts
  • Track ongoing projects and ensure timely completion

Requirements:


  • 4year degree in a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe, DocuSign, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Previous experience in finance, banking, or related fields (beneficial but not required)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Selfmotivated, team player with a strong work ethic
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Property management experience a plus
