    Position Overview:
    We are seeking ahighly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as anEntry-Level Real Estate Investment Analyst.

    This role, based in our Brickelloffice, is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their careerin real estate finance.

    No prior experience is required, but proficiency inExcel is preferred.


    Responsibilities:
    Support theorigination team in evaluating project feasibility.

    Work closelywith the processing team to facilitate a smooth and efficient closingprocess.

    Collaboratewith team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

    Developeffective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

    Requirements


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

    Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel is preferred.

    Stronganalytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

    Eagerness tolearn and a strong work ethic.

    Effective communicationskills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

    Interest inreal estate and investments.
