Position:
Office Assistant


Office Assistant
Helping the office manager with supplies and clerical works, including reception duties such as answering calls, greeting guests.


Responsibilities

  • Helping with the supply requisition for the branches and Nile's employees
  • Arrange check distribution to branch office
  • Maintain office equipment (ensure copiers are operational and fully stocked with toner, paper, etc.)
  • Responsible for the receipt of couriers, packages
  • Assisting with setting up of work location, phones, computers
  • IT help desk, coordinate with vendor by submitting IT work orders, scheduling repairs and keeping inventory of works for the branches and central office.
  • Maintenance of storage facility, keeping stock and organizing office supplies inventory.
  • Distribution of Serenity outfits
  • Supply of PPE kits
  • Organizing office common areas especially the kitchen, conference rooms, stockrooms, storage closets, and communal areas.
  • Sort and distribute communications/mails in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Assisting with car maintenance orders and keeping records.
  • Helping with office relocations.
  • Assist in coordinating events as necessary.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the office manager.
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed
  • Assist with birthday celebrations and events like
  • Decoration, arranging cakes.
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service role highly preferred
  • Demonstrated customer service and communication skills, problem solving, and attention to detail.
  • Technical proficiency in utilizing computers and generating reports.
  • Able to speak, read and write English fluently.

Pay:
$18.00 per hour
