Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues
• Answer inbound sales and service calls
• Perform outbound customer service tasks such as policy change follow up, reviews, billing and documentation follow up
• Assist with insurance sales by explaining coverage options and helping clients select appropriate policies
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach them
• Analyze insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs and meet Underwriting rules and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to provide the best solution for each customer
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details
• Stay uptodate on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance customer service or sales role is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Ability to analyze insurance policies and identify and educate customers on coverage gaps or opportunities for improvement
• Experience in sales, customer service or telemarketing is beneficial

All training will be in person at our Agency for a minimum of 90 days prior to Hybrid scheduling

$45, $199,000.00 per year
