Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Role Description:
The primary goal of a Primary Care Physician at Oak Street Health is to provide quality healthcare to local medicare patient populations. Our innovative care model focuses on value-based care, low hospital admissions, preventive medicine, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
We are seeking motivated physicians, including new graduates, to join our team. Exceptional candidates may be considered for a Center Medical Director role.
