- Certifications: Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Geriatric fellowship is optional)
- Have a Passion for Post Acute Care and the Geriatric Patient Population
- Schedule: Full-Time 40 Hrs per Week (Flexible work hours), Call: 2-3 Days out of the month (Can be taken remotely)
