Parkway Village is a nationwide provider of child and youth services with approximately 2,100 employees and a diverse range of offerings in the areas of child and youth support, child day care, and open child and youth work.

We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time / Specialist for Integration (m/f/d) for our Heerstraße daycare center in Berlin-Spandau.

Our daycare center offers 160 places for infants and kindergarten children in 9 groups. Here, children can play and explore freely, or simply relax and take walks together. As an integration daycare center, we promote values such as tolerance, consideration, and openness from an early age.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the daily activities at the daycare center
Promoting the individual development of the children
Assisting colleagues in planning and implementing projects and outings
Maintaining a strong partnership with parents through open communication
Contributing your own ideas
Actively participating in the development of concepts and quality improvement processes

As a Specialist for Integration, your responsibilities will also include:

Supporting and caring for children with special needs
Creating individual support plans and maintaining development documentation
Communicating and collaborating closely with external institutions (e.g. child and youth services, child and youth psychiatric services, etc.)
Maintaining a strong partnership with parents through open communication
Contributing your own ideas

and participating in the development of concepts and quality improvement processes
