JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Installation Support:

Assit with the Installation of all types of window treatments at residential and commercial job sites; products include but are not limited to blinds, shutters, shades, draperies, window film, and motorized window treatments.
Problemsolve tricky mechanical situations and make onlocation modifications to successfully complete installation projects in a single visit.
Coordinate with the office manager, sales team, and vendors to resolve any installation followup issues.

Warehouse Receiving & Orgnanization:

Track incoming orders
Check-In, Inspect, Sort and Shelve all incoming product shipments / client orders
Document and report damage claims
Stage client orders for upcoming installation
Complete daily and weekly warehouse inventory reports
Maintain inventory, organization and cleanliness of warehouse

QUALIFICATIONS:

Selfdirected and able to work independently as well as with a team.
Friendly, courteous, and pleasant with all types of people.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and can climb up and down ladders.
Comfortable working at elevated heights sometimes greater than 20 feet high.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problemsolving skills.
Written and verbal communication skills are critical when interfacing with all levels of Budget Blinds staff and clients.
Punctual and dependable.
Reliable transportation.
Current and valid driver's license and insurance.
Ability to pass a drug screen test and background check plus clean driving record with no felonies.
High school diploma or equivalent completed education level desired.

NICE TO HAVE:

Prior general carpentry/workmanship skills from any industry. Experience working as an inhome installer/technician is a plus.
