    What You'll Be DoingLead our engineering teams on prominent design initiatives across utility infrastructure.
    Create comprehensive proposals that align with industry-leading standards.
    Execute and supervise the design of pivotal power systems, both above and below ground.
    Deliver projects that epitomize punctuality, budget adherence, and exceed client aspirations.
    Foster compliance with codes and protocols, ensuring every detail meets client prerequisites.
    Cultivate relationships with suppliers to outline exact material and equipment specifications.
    Conduct meticulous reviews to guarantee the integrity and accuracy of our engineering output.
    What We're Looking ForPossession of a BSc in Electrical Engineering is required.
    Active Professional Electrical Engineer License.
    A robust 7+ year track record in Electrical Engineering.
    Demonstrated leadership over the span of 3+ years in managing engineering design teams.
    Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
    Proficiency in industry-standard design software, like AutoCAD or MicroStation.
    Keen insight into Power Distribution principles.
    A background in construction and familiarity with Passport and CEGIS/TED is favorable.
