    Join us as aLead Material HandlerYour Skills Facilitates and supports ESS teamwork in completing all tasks relating to total customer satisfaction.

    Provides guidance, counseling, development in carrying out their assignments. Prepares meeting agendas and facilitates team meetings according to the team's agreed upon guidelines. Supports the resolution of internal and external customer problems and requests; escalates when appropriate. Assists, supports and makes appropriate recommendations in ESS efforts to achieve and maintain adequate requirements and staffing levels. Coordinates material handlers' training activities to ensure adherence to procedures and protocol. Acts as a job-related information resource for associates and internal customers. Monitors efficiency of ESS support tools and technical equipment; escalates when appropriate.

    Manage team conflicts so that problems and complaints are resolved constructively; reporting employee issues to Manager for action Delegate team tasks as needed Facilitate ongoing self-evaluation of the team's effectiveness Maintains work area, tools and equipment in a clean, safe, orderly manner.

    Observes all safety and hygiene rules and regulations. Establishes or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.

    Qualifications:
    Associate degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or management preferred2-4 years work experience in like industryStrong working knowledge of SAP/ERP systemWorking knowledge of Excel Our Commitment
