- Facilitates and supports ESS teamwork in completing all tasks relating to total customer satisfaction.
- Provides guidance, counseling, development in carrying out their assignments.
- Prepares meeting agendas and facilitates team meetings according to the team's agreed upon guidelines.
- Supports the resolution of internal and external customer problems and requests; escalates when appropriate.
- Assists, supports and makes appropriate recommendations in ESS efforts to achieve and maintain adequate requirements and staffing levels.
- Coordinates material handlers' training activities to ensure adherence to procedures and protocol.
- Acts as a job-related information resource for associates and internal customers.
- Monitors efficiency of ESS support tools and technical equipment; escalates when appropriate.
- Manage team conflicts so that problems and complaints are resolved constructively; reporting employee issues to Manager for action
- Delegate team tasks as needed
- Facilitate ongoing self-evaluation of the team's effectiveness
- Maintains work area, tools and equipment in a clean, safe, orderly manner.
- Observes all safety and hygiene rules and regulations.
- Establishes or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Assisting with performance appraisals
- Oversees material transfer bewteen primary and offsite storage locations
- Schedules and approves employee work hours

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or management preferred
2-4 years work experience in like industry
Strong working knowledge of SAP/ERP system
Working knowledge of Excel
