    About the team:


    The Sales Enablement Team is responsible for multiple Sales Support functions, including Sales Solution Launch, Sales Campaign Management, Sales Playbook Administration, and orchestrating the Sales pivot to Insight Led, Value Based Solution Selling.

    You will be reporting to the SVP, Head of Sales Enablement who reports to FIS Chief Revenue Officer.


    What you will be doing:


    As Strategic Planning Manager Senior you will assess client and seller profile targets of various campaigns, calculate financial opportunity in play, and ensure we have a clear list of prospects to execute against leveraging internal/external data.

    This is an individual contributor role.

    You will be doing the following:
    Evaluate, analyze and determine potential for business growth across FIS Sales Plays being executed by the Sales Enablement TeamIdentify, research and evaluate new business opportunities and market initiatives by analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sourcesBring expertise and collaborate with subject matter experts in Line of Business, Product Management, Sales Growth Office, and Sales Enablement to identify, interpret and produce recommendations for Sales Play targeting based on company and external data analysisDirect planning and preparation of business proposals and provide data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunitiesOther related duties assigned as needed

    Key attributes for the ideal candidate:Thorough knowledge of Data management tools and deep knowledge of ExcelIn-depth industry knowledgeKnowledge of banking practices, regulations and operations within assigned line(s) of businessKnowledge of standards relevant to the software industry , e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, CMMKnowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, e.g., agile, iterative, waterfallGeneral business skills, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presenceOutstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributorsExcellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skillsAbility to persuade and influence others on the best approach to takeUnderstand and focus on clients needs, establish credibility and build positive, professional relationships with clientsBachelors degree in business, management, marketing, finance or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

    The pay range for this full-time position is $115, $193,710.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.

    Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
