Description

We are looking for a clerk (m/f/d) for the import and export department at our location in Hamburg, Roseville. As part of our client's team in the wood industry, you will be responsible for logistics and material management.

What is expected of you as an Import and Export Clerk (m/f/d):

  • Creating export and customs documents
  • Processing packaging and logistics processes in SAP
  • Dispatching shipments and packaging materials
  • Checking incoming invoices
  • Communicating and negotiating with suppliers and customers
  • Conducting quality controls

What you bring as an Import and Export Clerk (m/f/d):

  • Completed training as a freight forwarder (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
  • Experience in the logistics industry, ideally with customs processing
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Proficient in MS Office applications as well as SAP and Dakosy
  • Organizational skills and good communication abilities
