Position:
Personal Trainer, Stretching and Body Coach

Location:
Towson, MD

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Physical Therapist to develop client specific programs.
Perform individual stretching and mobility sessions for clients.
Utilize a variety of stretching techniques to improve flexibility and mobility.
Assess clients' current flexibility levels and develop customized stretching programs.
Provide guidance on proper warmup and cooldown exercises.
Monitor and track clients' progress and adjust programs as needed.
Educate clients on the importance of stretching for overall health and fitness.

Qualifications:

Certification and training provided in stretching and mobility techniques.
Background in fitness, personal training, yoga or movement coaching.
Strong knowledge or eagerness to learn anatomy and biomechanics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt stretching programs to suit individual needs and goals.
