Description

Reporting to our team lead, the successful applicant will be responsible for interior and exterior repair, maintenance, and upgrade projects in our properties.

• Conduct walkthrough assessments and develop detailed cost estimates.
• Handle general maintenance tasks and routine landscaping.
• Perform light repairs and maintenance.
• Paint and seal gaps on various surfaces, such as walls and sidewalks.
• Undertake minor installations or carpentry tasks, such as building cabinets.
• Repair equipment and appliances.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC repairs.
• Organize, gather, and transport tools and supplies to job sites.
• Implement costsaving measures for equipment and supplies.
• Execute assigned duties or emergency tasks
• Identify and report the need for major repairs.

• Demonstrated experience as a handyman.
• Familiarity with using hardware tools and electrical equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Competent in basic math.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organized and efficient with excellent problemsolving skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a handyman role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance.
