Are you fluent in German and Dutch? Then start this summer as a customer service representative (m/f/d) for ANWB in Munich.

As a Dutch customer service representative in Munich, you will be the savior for stranded ANWB travelers in Germany. If their car breaks down during their trip, you will be the person who can help them. They will contact you in Dutch, and you will do everything in your power to save their vacation. Your task begins with calming the caller and accurately assessing the situation through targeted questions.

Then, you will work to find a solution as quickly as possible, whether it's arranging for a tow truck or booking a hotel room.

You will coordinate calls with local companies and workshops (in German or English), while keeping the travelers informed and organizing everything perfectly.

Training and start date:

During a two-week training, you will learn exactly what it means to work as a Dutch customer service representative (m/f/d), how to use internal systems, and provide ANWB services.

The training takes place in Munich and starts on May 27th, just before your start date. Your employment will last until August 25th.

Working in Germany:
