Description

To support our team in Mönchengladbach, we are looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) to join us on a permanent basis. Our company is located with good transport connections in the Mönchengladbach-Neuss-Düsseldorf axis.

Your responsibilities:

· Point of contact for our customers for technical issues and clarification of technical connections

· Conducting problem analyses and supporting our customers with error analysis and remote problem solving

· Installation of our machines at the customer's site

· Instruction and training of our machines at the customer's site

· Maintenance of documentation systems for sustainable improvement of customer relationships

Your profile, what we expect from you:

· Completed technical training (or further education) in the field of electrical engineering

· Technically inclined with a high interest in getting to know our different machines

· Willingness to travel occasionally

· Good communication skills in German and preferably English
