    We are working on a remote opportunity for a Senior MDM Engineer. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and architect MDM solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
    • Lead the implementation of MDM solutions, including data modeling, data integration, and data quality processes.
    • Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security.
    • Develop and implement data quality rules, data profiling, and data cleansing processes to maintain high-quality master data.
    • Integrate MDM solutions with other systems and applications to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability.
    • Monitor and optimize the performance of MDM systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of MDM experience
    • Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and data quality management.
    • Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and SQL query optimization.
    • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, Talend, IBM DataStage).
    • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
