Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing endtoend processes in various departments, taking into account our stores and customers
  • Designing and implementing measures for process optimization and automation, as well as continuously improving them
  • Documenting processes and quality management
  • Controlling responsible processes using suitable process indicators
  • Increasing process quality and speed
  • Working closely with controlling and accounting departments

Your profile:

  • Degree in business administration (with a focus on accounting/controlling) or a comparable education with relevant work experience
  • Several years of experience in commercial processes and their optimization
  • Teamwork and assertiveness
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong analytical and processoriented mindset
  • Experience in implementing quality standards
