Your Job

• The Scheduling & Invoicing Coordinator will help meet the daily operations goals to process all incoming cases daily.
• Manage and organizes daily responsibilities based on company priority level in correlation with production flow for that day.
• Coordinates with other support departments such as lab director, finance, technical, and production operations when calls received are outside their scope.
• Receives and schedules new cases in case management software.
• Invoices and creates shipping labels for completed cases.
• Communicates with dental offices for Rx clarification or missing information.
• Follows up with dental offices as needed on due dates and advises short date cases.
• Assist with creating the International Outbound shipments.
• Answers phones, schedule pickups, add fulfillment requests, process payments.
• Process patient photos, prepare implant parts, restock work stations, follow up on hold cases.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Your Skills

• 2 years of work experience in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Team player with problemsolving skills.
• Ability to communicate when issues arise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in dental lab or related field preferred.

Location:

Our network of dental laboratories spans seven states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Texas, and New York.

The Leixir Home Office is in Tampa, Florida.
