As part of our direct placement, we are looking for a specialist in computer science for support (m/f/d) for a company in Dresden that specializes in software solutions for the automotive industry.
Salary is negotiable with various allowances.
Your tasks include technical and logistical customer support for the software solutions, technical installation of new customers. You are also responsible for the shipment of hardware and consumables.
Your tasks:
- Support of business customers
- SQL queries and network structures
Required skills:
- Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and office applications
- Knowledge of databases
- Very good knowledge of German
- Knowledge of commercial processes
- Team orientation, analytical thinking
