We are currently seeking a dedicated
Trainer (m/f/d)
Warehouse Logistics to join our team in the vocational orientation program for warehouse logistics on a full-time basis (40 hours/week).
Your main responsibilities:
- You will design the modular training program for warehouse specialists, provide theoretical and practical training, and share your experience and expertise in a practical manner.
- In addition to creating lesson plans and assignments, you will also lead a virtual training company and be responsible for the training budget.
- Your participation in the preparation and execution of (Chamber of Commerce module and final) exams will contribute to achieving the best possible results in your training courses.
- You will work with the specialist departments of the correctional facility and provide support for statements and participant evaluations for correctional and reintegration planning.
- You will document the measures according to the requirements of the clients and our quality management.
Your qualifications:
- You have completed a training program to become a master in warehouse logistics or have a bachelor's degree in warehouse logistics and a pedagogical additional qualification (e.g. suitability according to AEVO) or comparable qualifications.
- Ideally, you have some experience working with challenging clients (some with a migration background) and diverse groups.
