    The Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced Performance Analyst to join our Client Reporting team and support the overall growth of our Operations department. The ideal candidate is data-oriented and exhibits strong skills related to investment performance methodology and calculation and a keen interest in leveraging centralized and scalable reporting solutions. This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-growing company helping to solve complex performance, reporting, data integrity, and analytical problems. The role has the following key responsibilities:

    • Research and respond to inquiries regarding investment performance in a timely manner
    • Work closely with the Head of Client Reporting on procedures, policies and best practices related to performance methodology and client data integrity
    • Manage the review process and quality control of performance returns and metrics generated in our performance reporting system (Addepar)
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish governance around asset and strategy taxonomy, security classifications, portfolio targets and benchmarking
    • Interface with internal Client Advisory teams on the preparation of client investment performance reports
    • Provide support to internal teams on alternative asset tracking and correspondence (basic understanding to start)
    About You
    • 3-5+ years of experience working in a financial operations capacity, preferably at a Wealth Management firm
    • Obtained a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics or related study
    • Experience generating and validating reports via a financial reporting application
    • Solid understanding of the investment management industry across all asset types, including equity, fixed income and a basic understanding of alternative assets
    • Expert Excel skills and ability to model, compare and analyze large datasets skillfully
    • Technically and intuitively minded when it comes to computer systems and applications
    • Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and self-motivated
    • Strive to build a more efficient solution to eliminate manual repetition
    • Have a strong work ethic and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
    Also preferred, but not required:
    • Addepar experience
    • Exposure to data warehouses, architecture and workflow
    Compensation & Benefits

    Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks. We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.

    The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, California will range from $100,000 - $110,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
